What should I do if the loader suddenly stalls?

Gear pump wheel excavation is primarily utilized in various hydropower projects, mining operations, bridge construction sand collection, transportation engineering construction, and loading and transportation in areas such as phosphate mines, tin mines, copper mines, gold mines, silver mines, antimony mines, and coal mine inclined shafts. Proper practical operation of mining loaders can extend their service life. However, in daily use, it is difficult to prevent common malfunctions from occurring. A relatively common issue is sudden flameout of the loader. How should this be handled?

1. If the engine of a mining loader suddenly shuts down during operation or driving, the driver can try to start the engine again. If the engine fails to start, the driver can use the stored air source in the vehicle to apply the brakes for emergency stopping, and then select a suitable location to stop and inspect the problem.

2. If the brake system runs out of air after the engine stalls, the parking can be completed by using the hand brake of the JINGONG small forklift loader and the friction between the bucket and the road surface.

3. If vehicle inspection and maintenance are to be conducted on a slope, wheel chocks must be used.

4. Try igniting again to see if it can operate normally. Sometimes, the brake pedal may cause the transmission and engine drive output shaft to remain in gear engagement, resulting in the transmission transmitting a large amount of frictional resistance in the opposite direction, which in turn causes the engine to shut down defensively.

5. If the transmission stalls in all gear positions of the car, you can try checking the transmission. If there are many aluminum chips, debris, and other residues in the oil, it indicates that the torque converter of the transmission is damaged.

6. After the engine is turned off, immediately check whether the high-pressure cleaning pump is aging and whether it needs to be replaced.
