The natural environment for the application of crawler-type mini excavators is relatively extreme, thus, various issues may arise after long-term use, especially for the engine, which plays a crucial role in the loader. The initial wear of the engine in mine loaders refers to the situation where, due to the wear of key moving pairs, the output power of the diesel engine decreases significantly and fuel consumption increases within a relatively short period of use, resulting in the diesel engine being unable to continue operating efficiently. The key reasons for the initial wear of the diesel engine are as follows:
1. The new phone operates at high load without going through the break-in period. After starting the car, it should be warmed up for 3 to 5 minutes with the accelerator pedal lightly depressed before driving. During the initial operation, it should work at low load for a period of time, and then operate at high load after the ambient temperature rises.
2. The air filter element is ineffective.
3. The application and maintenance are not reasonable, and the oil quality of second-hand new energy loaders is poor.
4. Poor ignition leads to excessive carbon buildup in the cylinder. Immediately after the engine starts, the equipment temperature is low, and the diesel engine burns incompletely. At this time, if the accelerator pedal is pressed harder to increase the fuel supply, unnecessary diesel that fails to ignite will form carbon deposits, exacerbating engine emissions. Furthermore, unnecessary gasoline may leak into the crankcase ventilation along the cylinder wall, damaging the cylinder wall lubrication, diluting the engine oil pan, reducing lubrication properties, and shortening the engine's service life. For engines equipped with organic waste gas superchargers, it is even more important to pay attention to warming up the vehicle.
If the accelerator pedal is immediately pressed after starting, the turbocharger's speed ratio will increase, but the used electric loader's engine oil may not reach the surface of each lubrication point in time, resulting in poor lubrication. This can easily cause the turbocharger drive shaft to get stuck, leading to common malfunctions.
