What causes the loader to fail to shut down? How to solve it?

Loaders are widely used in construction and road building. From the time they are purchased to the time they are scrapped, they have their own usage cycle. Moreover, their working life and service life vary depending on factors such as working environment, operating habits, degree of damage, and the quality of the machine itself. Although their service lives differ, one thing is certain: as the number of years of use increases, the frequency of loader malfunctions also increases.

If the engine fails to shut down, first check whether the ignition switch's shutdown position is damaged, inspect the components of the shutdown switch, check the power supply, and replace the corresponding components.

II. Fuse is broken: There are two fuses next to the flameout relay, one is a 5A fuse and the other is a 30A fuse. Check whether the fuses are broken, replace the fuses, and find out the cause of the fuse breakage.

Third, loader manufacturers, loose electrical connectors: The working environment of loaders is not good, and severe vibrations may cause electrical connectors to fall off, resulting in failure to shut down. We need to check for loose components and tighten them properly.

IV. The flameout relay is broken: If 327A is detected as having power and short-circuiting 101 wire and 327 wire can cause the flameout, then the relay is broken and needs to be replaced.

V. Clearance issue of the flameout solenoid valve: The clearance between the on and off oil paths of the flameout solenoid valve is unreasonable, resulting in the solenoid valve functioning normally but being unable to operate the loader for flameout. Re-adjusting the clearance can resolve the issue.

As the years go by, a common fault of loaders is the engine failing to start. However, what we are discussing today is not the ignition failure, but the troubleshooting of the loader failing to shut down.
