What are the linkage transmission methods of small loaders now

When it comes to the transmission method in the operation of small loaders, in addition to the overall layout, it is actually important to explore the way the bucket is organized. This is because small loaders rely on the mechanical energy granted to the loader by the lifting mechanism to promote the insertion of the bucket into the raw material pile. Therefore, the boom and its lifting organization are different, and there is not much to explore.

Early tracked loaders had long connecting rods and short connecting arms. And the rotary bucket organization has a lot of knowledge, although the commonly used structure is Z-shaped mechanical structure, also known as rotary six mechanical structure, there are also many other ways.

We know that in the early days, small loaders that chose hydraulic presses as their working devices were actually track loaders. At that time, due to the limitations of choosing chain track large tractors as car chassis, they usually chose the method of forward rotation with 7 connecting rods. In short, forward rotation refers to the rotation direction of the crank arm being the same as that of the bucket, while the rotation is opposite. Similarly, there are many differences in the layout of the oil cylinder for the forward rotating 7-bar linkage.

After the emergence of wheeled small loaders, due to the rear mounted diesel engine, the front-end development had a larger installation space and was much less constrained by space. Therefore, various mechanical structures emerged, with the most common being the forward rotating 8-link. The forward rotation method has some drawbacks. When using a boom lift, the mechanical structure cannot promote the left and right translation of the bucket, and the bucket oil cylinder must be moderately coordinated with each other. In addition, the organization is also too complex.

Some devices require oil to be injected into the small chamber of the bucket cylinder when the bucket is stubbornly lifted, resulting in significantly lower energy compared to oil injected into the large chamber. There is a sufficient and necessary condition in the common small loaders on the market today. Except for larger specifications, their loaders all choose the forward rotating eight link method, similar to some early construction methods. The oil cylinder layout is directly below the boom, and the bucket is stubbornly lifted when the large chamber of the rotary cylinder is filled with oil.
